Forest & Fire Event - Tuesday 11th November 2025 £70pp

Join us for an emersive evening of release,  renewal & connection with nature.

4pm-7.30pm

4pm arrival and meet at the fire pit in front of the Spa Building.

Nature Mindfulness Walk (1.5 hrs) - We will begin by immersing ourselves in the stillness of the forest. Through gentle, guided invitations, you will quiet your mind, connect with the wisdom of nature, and find a sense of deep inner peace.

Fire Pit Ceremony (30 mins) - In this sacred ritual, you'll have the opportunity to symbolically release your burdens into the fire, letting go of the old to make way for the new.

Heat & Release (1 hr) - Transition from the cool air of the woods to the cleansing warmth of the sauna and steam room. This is a time to physically release toxins and tension, mirroring the emotional release of the ceremony.

Tea Ceremony (30 mins) - We will close our journey with a tranquil tea ceremony, a final moment to reflect, ground your energy, and seal in the healing you have cultivated.
